Dégage

December 17 was the day of the immolation by fire of Mohamed Bouazizi in front of the headquarters of the Governorate of Sidi Bouzid, epicenter of this deep Tunisia. This flame of youth and the ideal gained the Arab countries and the dictatorships, impregnable fortresses until then, began to crumble one after the other, like a house of cards. Then, almost everywhere in the Arab world, very quickly, the Islamists will seize the revolution of the young people and the proletarians and will confiscate it from those who invented and carried it out in the streets, in public places and even on the roofs. Today, men of cultures, intellectuals and journalists are prosecuted, individual freedoms, dreams and hopes of an entire generation are threatened.
