The Panorama International Short Film Festival was established in December 2016 under the slogan “Meeting of Cultures and Creativity.” The Panorama International Short Film Festival takes place every year in Tunisia and is a non-profit cultural event under the auspices of the Association of Parents and Friends of the Disabled Tunis (APAHT) in Tunisia. The role of the festival, during its previous editions, has not only been limited to showcasing creative short films from around the world, but has also become a strong base to support and encourage local and international talents. In 2019, the scope of the competition was expanded to include a narrative short film competition and a documentary short film competition. Since its inception, the Panorama International Short Film Festival has become an important destination for filmmakers from the region and around the world, transforming into a solid base to facilitate cooperation between them.
