Hajer NEFZI, a film and television director and producer, graduated from ISAMM with a professional master's degree in production and directing. She founded her own production company "LIBRE PRODUCTION" and began producing her cinematic projects such as "Ghzela," a feature-length documentary that has won several national and international awards. She produced and directed the television programs "Télécinéma" and "Rendez-vous Bhar" for Tunisian television. She has produced and directed commercials and awareness campaigns, as well as three short films that have been recognized at national and international festivals. In 2021, she won the award for Best Female Entrepreneur in the Culture Sector, as part of the Tunisian Women Entrepreneurs competition organized by "Les Managers." She also received the national "Zubaida Bachir" award for women's writing for the best screenplay "Houria" in 2023. In 2024, she was awarded the regional prize for artistic creativity by the Bizerte Press Club. She is currently working on the production and direction of a new feature-length documentary. Additionally, she is the executive producer of a feature-length documentary supported by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
