Oumayma Ben Hafsia is the daughter of Tunisian actress Naïma El Jeni and Tunisian actor Mongi Ben Hafsia. She began her acting career at the age of four, playing in an advertisement. She started on television in 2000 in the series Mnamet Aroussia. After seeing some photos of Oumayma Ben Hafsia, director Nouri Bouzid meets her and decides to offer him the role of Fedhah in his feature film Dolls of Clay. In 2004, she played in the series L'Instit alongside Jamila Chihi. Subsequently, for six seasons, she played the role of Fatma Labiedh, daughter of Slimane (Kamel Touati) and Zeineb (Jamila Chihi), in the popular series Choufli Hal1 alongside her mother Naima. In 2018, Oumayma Ben Hafsia joined the team of El Matinale on Attessia TV as a columnist.
