Youssef Asswad is a film director trained at the Lussas Documentary School. In 2018, he directed his first documentary film, "Citizens in the Making," about the experience of citizens in his hometown participating in the first municipal elections after the 2011 revolution. His first feature documentary, "Human, Too Human", will be released in 2022. It was shot at the Tunisian National Theater's acting school.
