Mohamed Bouhjar, cinephile, member of the Tunisian Federation of Film Clubs (FTCC) and former member of the FTCA (Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers) where he made some experimental films, was part of the first class to graduate from the film school (EDAC) in 2003 in Tunis. After a brief stint in cinema, he worked in the conception and direction of advertising spots. He is now back to cinema. Frida is his first professional short-film.
