From a young age, the Tunisian actress Afef embarked on an artistic career by participating as a dancer in musical performances. Since then, she has dedicated herself to her acting career and today has numerous television, theatrical, and film participations to her name. She worked under the direction of prominent Tunisian directors like Nouri Bouzid in "Making Of", which won awards at several international festivals, and later in major foreign productions such as the Italian historical films "Augusto" and "Nero". During these years, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Tunis, then in 2008, her diploma in directing and screenwriting, and in 2010, her Master’s degree in Image Design Research from the Higher School of Science and Technology of Design in Tunis. In 2018, she ventured into production by creating Mésanges Films and produced "Les Épouvantails" by Nouri Bouzid, as well as her first feature film "Backstage".
