Hamza Ouni, Tunisian director, born in 1975 in El Mohammedia, where he still lives today. He began a first cycle of cinematographic studies at the Maghrebian Institute of Cinema, then continued his training at the School of Arts and Cinema in Tunis, where he specialized in writing and cinematographic production. He participated in numerous scriptwriting workshops with filmmakers of different nationalities, EL GORT, his first documentary feature, presented as a world premiere at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival, won the Best Director and international criticism of the International Federation of Cinematographic Press (FIPRESCI).
