Biography

Albert Lamorisse was born on January 13, 1922, in Paris, France. He was a filmmaker and screenwriter. He is best known for The Red Balloon (1956), Stowaway in the Sky (1960), and White Mane (1953). He was married to Claude Jeanne Duparc. He died on June 2, 1970, in Tehran, Iran.
