Shaimaa Tafish is an Egyptian film maker and a graduate of the High Cinema Institute, majoring in Film Directing. Her films have participated in several film festivals and received multiple awards. She directed the documentary Marionette and the short narrative films Salamet El Shouf, Radia, and El Hegla.
