Andrea Sbarbaro was born in Cernusco sul Naviglio in 1998. In 2018, he directed his first short film, 'Hypochondria', which won numerous national and international awards. In 2020, he directed his second short film, 'Hikikomori'. In the same year, he earned a degree in cinema and television directing from Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti.
